Terms of payment

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) serves as the payment gateway and payment service provider in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, we ask you to first contact the supplier of the product.

One-time donation

A one-time donation is a single payment. A one-time donation cannot be cancelled.

Monthly donation with a debit or credit card

A recurring card payment is an open-ended contract that gives permission for your card to be charged monthly for the amount you specify when you sign up as a monthly donor. The Keep the Archipelago Tidy Association does not process or store the donor’s card number.

You can cancel the recurring monthly payment from the My Account page on the Association website. When you signed up to be a monthly donor, you received an e-mail with a link to the page and your username. If you have any problems cancelling the monthly payment, you can contact us by e-mail at info@pssry.fi. Cancelling the monthly donation is free of charge.
